Ingredients:
1 Organic soy-free dark chocolate bar (at least 75% cacao)
½ cup organic dried cranberries
3-5 drops orange essential oil
Optional: sliced almonds
Directions:
- Cover a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
- Melt the dark chocolate bar until completely smooth.
- While still hot, add in the dried cranberries and orange oil (I like a decent amount of cranberries in my bark but you may want to decrease the amount you use).
- Stir until thoroughly coated. I like to add in almonds to add more protein and sustenance and give it more of a brain booster, but it is optional.
- Pour mixture onto parchment paper covered cookie sheet and spread decently thin. Place into the freezer until solid (usually a few hours).
- Once it has hardened, remove from freezer and break apart.
- This bark can soften pretty quickly so you will want to store it in the fridge until you serve it.
